It has been over five or six weeks, and you still haven’t received anything? Don’t worry, just drop me a message and we’ll figure it out.
Send us an email asap at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do this as soon as you can, when it’s shipped it’s out of my hands and I can’t change the address anymore.
That really varies and it is due to the postal service (of my country or yours), not to my personal service. Within Europe it normally takes 5 to 10 business days. Same for the US and Canada but here parcels can get stopped in customs and take up to 5 weeks to arrive. This is due to random chance. Tracked shipments usually arrive a bit quicker. You can find the tracked shipping upgrade at the shop check out.
Orders are shipped without tracking unless you upgrade your shipping method when checking out. When you’ve requested tracked shipping you’ll get the tracking number in the email confirmation you receive when we post your order. If you don’t upgrade your shipping your order will not be traceable.
